Hwy191 by flaming gorge

Can I travel from rock spring,wy on hwy 191 to vernal,ut in a 43 ft coach and toad

We did it a few times with our 40' MH. From Flaming Gorge into Vernal you'll have a steep downhill but it's very doable and many RVers do it.
