Is Highway 19 through WV appropriate for a 45' rig and toad?

I take US19 from Beckley to I-79 north. This section of US19 is all new 4 lanes. Then I take I-79 north. You'll need Popeye arms if you attempt any other sections of US19 in WV. Although you'll see some beautiful and interesting areas of WV.

US-19 from Beckley to I-79 is an excellent road and when you go thru Summersville, they are serious about the speed limit.
