I-10 & I-40 road conditions

The family and I just returned from our latest road trip (4/12). I-10 from So. Cal. to San Antonio TX is in pretty good conditon. I-40 west bound, a lil different story. Let me know if you have any questions about some camp sites or road conditions.

Just curious about I 40 as we are getting ready to take that from OK to Bakersfield next week

If you can go around Oklahoma do it! I-40 through that state has always been and will always be terrible.

kinda hard to go around OK since we start in the middle of it / well aware of how bad our roads are but that's ok we have the highest paid football coaches in the country along with the highest paid legislators so no money left for little things like roads

i like the difference between 40 and 10,
every year we would ride our bikes to Colorado from SanDiego in Sept or Oct going there on i8/i10 and returning i40,
hot as the dickens on sandy i8/i10 and raining and green on 40,
different roads, different towns, different scenery
