I-10 eastbound 30 miles from Blythe

Heading eastbound on I-10 about 30 from Blythe there are two immense buildings to the north. They are about 5 miles apart with support structures centered between them. Had never driven that route before and was wondering what in the heck they were. Not a logical place for power plants. No exits with obvious information about them. They look really out of place out in the middle of nowhere. Military of some sort? On really slow Wi-Fi so searching is out but has been bugging me for a while now. Anybody have any ideas?

Between Desert center and Blythe on the North side of I10 there is the Genesis Solar Energy Project.

Yes, that them all right. I knew the solar plant was around there, but didn't think they needed such huge structures. From a distance, they looked somewhat area 51 like. At least to me. Thanks for he reply!!
