ST trailer tires have a max speed of 65. Over that speed the load carrying capacity of the tire is reduced. In short - increase pressure and decrease load capacity.
Most medium truck tires are rated to 75mph.

I5 to 89/44 to 395 to I80 to I15.
I5 to 140 to 395 to I80 to I15 (or 95)

Been both routes, nice scenery but if you go in winter can have snow/ice problems.

I5 to I80 to I15, good winter travel.

You could also consider using 95 in Nev to Las Vegas to I15, 95 isn't a bad road (2 lane though), a little boring, but lots of straight areas, easy to drive.

Guess it depends on where your final destination is.
