I-40 at TN/NC stateline delays

It is being reported that I-40 at the TN/NC state line down to one lane each way, anyone through there lately, how long are delays? thanks, drive around is about 60 miles.

The "one stop shop for travelers" shows slow traffic in the mountains West of the Waynesville welcome center/ I40 rest area, with a slow traffic indicator. It looks like a hill-slide cleanup just West of cold springs creek rd.
That website is the most current information I've ever seen on the internet, almost real-time. Zoom in close to see which lanes are slow and where.
Were it I, waiting in line for the slow traffic seems best. After all, you are traveling in your home. At 7 mpg, the detour is going to cost about $25-$30 extra in fuel, and may not save any travel time.
