You may be snowbirding already but, I bought chains at Lordco 2 years ago. They have never been out of the box. I don't instead to ever use them. If the roads are bad enough to require chains, I'll camp out until they clear. Even BC hiways require chains ( we live in the Cariboo) to be "carried" from Oct on. BTW Lordco was cheaper than US shops that I checked.
