I'm looking at hauling a 5th wheel from Norfolk to Louisville in late December. Anyone familiar with that stretch of Interstate and road conditions for travel.

Thanks, LIKENIT

I've done it, but it has been awhile. From Norfolk to Richmond I do fairly often. HOWEVER...you'd better better be out of Norfolk before 2:30, unless you enjoy rush hour traffic. Hampton/Newport News and north can be pretty heavy, but traffic moves along good. Not many hills, but effectively you are going ''up''.

The only glitch might be crossing the mountains there west of the 81..

i hope your trip is a great one
