Interstate 75 Southbound in Campbell County is NOW OPEN to traffic once again. Wide load trucks must continue to detour onto State Route 297 Westbound at exit 160, to State Route 63 Eastbound where they can access I-75 South at exit 141. In order to allow southbound traffic back into the area, TDOT crews constructed median crossovers, the first being located at mile marker 144 near the Stinking Creek exit. I-75 northbound has been converted into three lanes, two lanes will be designated for northbound traffic and one lane will be used for southbound traffic with a separation barrier in-between. Southbound traffic will cross back over into the southbound lanes near mile marker 141 north of the Huntsville exit.

Have a safe trip.
