- With (almost?) any browser, using Google as the search engine, try searching on just the highway name, like "I-77" (without the quotes).
- In the suggestions list scroll down to the "I-77 road conditions" and click it. It should open a map of the general area the freeway transits.
- Click that map, and it will open a "live traffic" map the you can examine for stoppages and slowdowns.

Here's my google search for "I-77 road conditions" (no quotes)
