Yes as of 10 minutes ago when I checked. From the north you exit at 20 to 77 to 26 and back to 95. Long way to go. Disclaimer: do not rely on my comment. Check it out yourself on SC 511.

I-95 is open through SC as of today.

Looking at post#4 the site shows lots of road closures on i95. Beware! Look at the map. Last update was 4:19 pm est.
