Thumbs down I am back....

Our 2005 Winnebago sightseer 30b has been sitting on our driveway for the past 2 yrs while we decided to keep it or sell it. Decision: Keeping it!

So I am looking for guidance. We will be taking our first major trip from Asheville, NC and ending up in Naches, WA the beginning of November. Any suggestions on the route to take? Will we be able to avoid road closures due to weather?

Google Maps recommends going north and taking I 90 across. I have done this twice in the last 5 yesrs in lare c October and not run into snow or ice.

An alternate route is I 80 through Boise. I have run into early snow on that route. Any of the southern routes should work as well.

Thanks CoupevilleDF. I guess it will depend on prevailing weather. We have not done mountain driving with our rig yet so we were a tad concerned with our route.

I wouldn't advise a November trip to Washington unless you really need to be there. The weather will be crummy.
