Inquiring road condition from Thunder Bay to Minneapolis

hi there. next month, i will travel from
sioux city -> fargo ->winnipeg -> thunder bay ->duluth ->minneapolis ->sioux city.
the question is on the road between thurder bay and duluth. there will be a very old bridge in the north side of border, then a cursive route 61 in us. will the bridge accommodate a 40 footer? is route 61 rv friendly? any particular things/issues i should be aware of? appreciate all the comments.

You will be fine, it is one of the most beautiful drives you will ever take. Pulled a 45 ft 5th wheel on the same road with no trouble The roads are all fairly new along the north shore Hwy 61 between Canada and Duluth and then you'll have interstate. Just plan to take your time and enjoy the view and the drive.
