Interstate 15 width restrictions between Mesquite and St. George

Nevada DOT has a 10 foot width restriction on a three mile stretch on I-15. My coach is 8' 5.5" wide. Anyone had an issue on this stretch?

18.5" to spare, Go For It! The Semi are making it.

That's the width restriction, not the minimum clearance. You'll be fine.

I've taken a 10' wide 13' 6" tall boat through 10' restrictions.

Interstate 15 width restrictions between Mesquite and St. George

Towed our fiver through it a couple months ago when the main construction area was shifted a bit no issues. Drove Saint George to mesquite in just the pickup yesterday, and didnít see anything that would be problematic. Lots of RVís and trucks, traffic at a crawl in the single lane area, which makes it simple driving wise it the delay was approx 45 minutes.

I am in the St George area right now. Drove up from Las Vegas. I have seen the 10 foot width signs in Az and Ut, but have not seen any problems driving that stretch in I-15.

That 10' width sounds about normal for driving a motorhome on the side streets in Niagara Falls.

The width restriction is for road construction. Single lane both ways, concrete barriers on both sides. Been going on for awhile, as mentioned, all sorts of big rigs getting through no issues, other than the stop and go traffic getting things to a single lane

Am I missing something? If there's a 10' limit in your coach Is less than 8' 6 wide, Exactly what are you concerned about?

Yes!

An 8' 6" wide coach, doesn't include the mirrors sticking out the sides!

True but hopefully the concrete barriers are not quite that high.

We’ve been thru there with our coach recently. As others have said, traffic slows down and no problems. It’s likely there’ll be more than one rv on that little stretch at the same time; and lots of trucks.
