Looking for the best route SW Florida to Littleton Mass

Looking for suggestions from someone who has made a trip from SW Florida to Littleton Mass. Would really appreciate route suggestions and some overnight park suggestions on the way. We usually like to stay around 300 miles a day but there is flexibility there.
Littleton, Mass is about 40 miles West of Boston.

My son went to Roger Williams. We are in Port Charlotte. Thanks for the info, we are off 95 before DC, NY, NJ! A bit longer on 81/84, and some hills, but worth it for sure. I hope this 8 Lane stuff is wrong! Proof that if you give the government enough time they will screw up anything!

Defenders are big here! Good to see them on the road! Just sold our Raiders after 7 years of riding. Had our own little group of friends called Island Coast Riders. Did charity stuff for ACT, Dimes, and such. Thanks for your service!

Will do that. Going to Alabama now to help a friend just diagnosed with cancer. Probably bring her and her husband back here to finish chemo. Will touch base with you when we get settled.
