Mammoth Cave to Knoxville

What is the best route from Mammoth Cave area to Knoxville area for a 45 footer plus toad? Seems like most direct route lacks 4 lane roads and even US highways.

I would take I65 to Nashville. When in Nashville follow the Airport signs and you will miss the downtown traffic then to I40 east
Good luck

Yes, look for Briley Parkway East, SR 155, exit 90-B. Briley Pkwy is like interstate.
