'Cause heading south in the winter from the north is better than staying in the north.

Rules on trucks in cities and RVs in cities are two different things. That's why we didn't use a trucker GPS.

Just remember that the unofficial speed limit through downtown Atlanta is 100 MPH, but you can get away with 110.

Thanks. That's better than the 10-footers we have to drive on in our area sometimes. Those are pretty tight.

Standard Interstate lanes are 12 feet wide. Check out "Minimum lane width"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inters...hway_standards
Some of the inside perimeter Interstates lane widths are 11 foot, but not all of them.

We've only driven through Atlanta once about ten years ago. We were driving a Ford Escape pulling a 10' pop-up on a Sunday at mid-day. I was screaming at my DW to slow down because she was going 80 and the pop-up tires were only rated for 65. She kept saying we were going to get run over at 65.

Motorhomes on I75 thru Atlanta
I live south of the airport and go thru with 41 foot and tow. Use the HOV lanes, gives more room. The only restrictions for the HOV is must have two people in the vehicle. Safe Travels

HOV toll lanes around Charlotte specify 2 axles only.

My Revcon ("the 1st 100mph motorhome") Camelot should be right at home...and the tires are S rated so we should be good, even with disks front & rear, we might need to adjust to 75 given how speeds can go from 80 to 20 reallllyyy quickly.
After talking to a GaHP trooper: "With everyone running 10-15 over, how do you make a decision?" "We don't expect to catch all the fish in the sea, so the lane changers tend to stand out."
Ya'll be safe.
