Need help with Indianapolis construction I-465 & SR37

We will be in the Indy area twice next week and was just advised that I-465 will have lane closures and that SR37 is also under construction. We will be traveling from Ohio on I-70 and planned to by-pass Indy using I-465 to the south and then picking up SR-37/I-69 down to Spring Mill State Park in Michell. The return trip was to be the same route with a stop at Lake Haven Retreat (just off I-465 in Indy)to see our grandson who recently moved to Indy. From there back to Ohio it was to be I-465 east/north back to I-70 east. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE & thanks in advance.

I live in Indy right of SR37, First depend on what time you hit 465 it will be back up but moving. I recommend you stay in the passing lane until traffic thins out. SR37 is fine until you get south of Martinsville, a little congestive. You will pick up the new I69 south of Bloomington. Recommend you fill up in Martinsville or Bloomington, there is no service station along I69 yet. So you have to go into small town stations. But I69 is a great road zero traffic...
