New Snowbird Leg 4 Choctaw OK to New Orleans LA

I plan to head due South on I 35 to Dallas and then head East to Shreveport LA on I 20 East. Then head South on I 49 to New Orleans. Again this is later January I’m in an Entegra Esteem Class C towing a VW Beetle. Am I far enough South that unless something unusual happens I am clear on snow and bad weather? Any suggestions on where to stay for a couple of nights in NO?

My final destination is Tarpon Springs by February 1st.

If you're in Choctaw now than we can definitely get snow/ice that time of year. The good news is it doesn't last long and you will have a window with clear skies in a day or two most likely.

Good luck!
