No Flood Route from Tucson to Fargo

We winter in Mexico and have driven that route for over 25 years. Normally we go from Tucson to Albuquerque to Denver, Omaha and Fargo. But this week I see that I-80 near Omaha is flooded. I looked at a few alternates and they too had long detours. I am considering going from Albuquerque to Tucumcari, then 54 to Salina and then 81 to I-90 and east on I- 90 to Sioux Falls. Any thoughts on that route? We will be leaving Tucson this coming weekend. All help appreciated.

As of March 15, I-80 is open in both directions.

Thanks but I think that the ramp to I-29 is closed as well as part of I_29. I don't know if the Bridge is open.

Checked Missouri DOT website and I-29 was closed at the Iowa border as well as most of it thru iowa, they recommend taking I-35.

I had read that ! 29 had closures. But my route takes me from Salina,ks to Mitchell via 81 and then 90 to Sioux falls. So far that route is safe!

We just travelled back from Denver to Sioux Falls. I76 - I80 - I29. The only detour was when we went around Omaha on I680, we had to detour north on US75 to Blair, NE, then take US30 back east to I29 which really doesn't add a whole lot of time.
