Norfolk to Baltimore via US-13 & US-50

Looking for someone that has travelled this route (US-13 & US-50) either way in a motorhome towing. We plan on camping at Tall Pines Harbour on route. Anyone been there?
I have notice that there maybe a low clearance problems of 13'-3" in areas on this route. Has anyone incountered any problems?

It is a slow go with lots of lights. How tall is your MH that you are concerned with 13'3"?

I've driven the route a few times. Nothing to be too concerned about. It's not fast, but it's not interstate either so there are many things to see or visit. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is 13'6", most RV's don't have an issue. Weather can be an issue, high winds sometimes closes the route to RV's. At Salisbury, MD U.S. 50 is meant for traffic to Ocean City and shore points, you don't want to be going East on Friday or West on Sunday. Other than those points, it beats I-65, US 1, and Washington, D.C.!!

Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel Toll for Motorhome and Tow $27. Last year anyway, it might have gone up.

Free west bound on US 50 at the Bay Bridge.

Did this trip several times last year in a 13'1" motor home. No problem. Have to turn off the propane at the tank for the tunnels. Don't worry about it. You won't be the only RV out there.

Thanks everyone. Do appreciate your input on clearances as we are just under 13"-0" high.
We were not looking at a fast route, just one that has new places and scenery for our trip home from Florida in the Spring.
thanks again
