Has anyone taken their motorcoach to Nova Scotia? Are the roads good there?

We were there in 2006 ... the roads were excellent ... both in design and surface.

Just came back from a 2 week trip to NS, primary roads were good, some secondary roads were bad.

We're currently in Newfoundland so came through Nova Scotia to get here and we'll be going back through there in Sept. when we leave.

The roads there are pretty much the same as any other place in North America. The main highways are 4-lane and in reasonable condition while the secondary highways are a mixed bag with some being good and others being a collection of linked potholes and patches.

We did PEI and NS last summer and the roads were the same as here in the states. 4 lanes, 2lanes(mostly excellent) pretty much the same as two lanes through any state. Took the ferry from PEI to NS and then leaving NS took the bridge through NB to western part of Maine and down home through the woods to NJ. Never did see a Moose. Lots of big signs for them but no Moose.
