OH to SD May 2011

Hi all have a dilemma we are planning a trip from Columbus OH to Rapid City SD leaving Columbus on the 3rd of May 2011 and have 2 routes and would like input on the best one reasons why and things to see and do on the way thanks in advance for all your help
A: leave Columbus on HWY 70W to Indianapolis then HWY 74W ,80,380 and 35N to 90W and into Rapid City
B: Leave Columbus on HWY 70W to Kansas City then 29N to Sioux Falls and 90W to Rapid City

There is quite a bit along 90 in SD. 1890 Frontier town, Wall Drug, and lots of other roadside attractions.

Download Google Earth if you don't have it already (free) and just follow along your intended route. Look for pictures along the route... there isn't much out there that someone hasn't posted a photo for. I do this every time we plan a trip to find the unheard-of things!
