Oregon US 20 from Lincoln City

We are staying in Cannon Beach then down to Lincoln City. I'm looking to get back to I-5 to go to Napa & it looks like 20 is about the only route that's close, any info on traveling 20 with a 45' MH would be appreciated.

We use it every year. Unless they have finally finished the re-routing there will be about ten miles if tight turns, but nothing scary or difficult.

20 is fine. Becareful through Pholimath, the speed limit is down and they love to write tickets.
Personally if your not in a big hurry, I would stay on 101 clear down to Napa. Much more scenic than I5.
