Orlando - Columbus western routes

In a few weeks my wife will have to drive our motor home, almost alone, from Orlando to Columbus Ohio pulling a Honda. Driving it is no problem at all. She can take as much as a week to do it. I would like to plan a route that is as flat as possible. We have not been west of Atlanta, Chattanooga, Nashville for many many years. I don't remember what the area is like and then I was just driving a car.
I am thinking something like Orlando, Birmingham, Nashville, Louisville then columbus.
Thanks for any suggestions

Jim Bob, what you have outlined is my snowbird route from Columbus Ohio to Florida. Tomorrow , April 6, I will begin the northward flight from Daytona Beach. I-10, exit 130 ( I think ) is Route 231 north. On the south side of Dothan, there is a convenient Pilot fuel stop. On the north side of Dothan we stop at a KOA near Fort Rucker for the night. I-65 is a good pick, as there are no mountains, and less traffic than the eastern routes. The only catch is Nashville. Traffic there is usually heavy, and temporary signage for construction confused me on the way down. But all in all, it's much better than hot-lanta.
Let me know if you would like any more details on this route.
Bob

Bob - Have you found I-65 to have less mountain driving through Tennessee/Kentucky than I-75? Thank you. McGarrett

McGarrett: I-65 is considerably less mountainous. The grades are more what I would call small hills. And with the exception of Nashville, there is much less traffic. All in all, it is a more relaxing route for us.
