Overnight camping
Do either Cabela's or Pro Bass permit overnight camping in the parking lots of their various locations? Thanks.

Some do. Some do not. Some shopping centers and cities/counties have laws/regulations against overnighting. It is always best to call and ask.

Ditto. Always call & speak with the store manager at the location you are considering.

We have probably overnighted at a dozen Cabela's, fewer Bass Pro, and countless Wally's, but we always ask first. We have been turned down so rarely that I can't recall the last time.

We have also stayed at several Cabela's, most allow overnight parking and some even have an rv dump. We always ask, just to be sure.

We've stayed at several Cabela's with good luck. All of them had dump stations which is really handy.
The one in Huntington, WV, however, has a problem. The designated RV spaces are not level. Really not level. Both front to rear and side to side. They're sloped enough that it would be a problem even with leveling jacks. Obviously the parking lot was not designed by someone who knew anything about RV's. We parked out in the lot and called the manager to explain why we weren't in the RV spots.
