Trailer Life mapping is sending me over the mountains on CA 371. Not sure if this should be the recommended route this time of year.

Hi:

Traveled road many times, here is most direct and best route. Palm Springs go west on 10 to Beaumont and take Hwy 79 south to Hemet, this will turn into Sanderson. Go thru town and it dead ends you into Domegoni Freeway. Go right and pick up 79 again about 4 miles, go south to Temecula.

FWIT the way they directed you is narrow road and goes over large hills. it is back way to San Diego IN CAR.....

Safe driving and have great holiday.

Bill

371 is going to take you through the mountains (definitely could get snow/ice) and has some sharp curves as well as some long, steep inclines. Personally, I would take one of the other routes recommended (all are good).
