Quebec City to Gaspé

We are planning a trip to Gaspé, Quebec with our 36 ft. Tiffin gasser towing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Has anyone travelled these roads? Any issue with grades or condition of roads? (Rte. 132 and 198).
Thanks!

This is a review of the routes from 2010 , so there may have been improvements.
With my 2005 , 5er , in 60,000 KMS of towing before I got on those routes ,I had never had any breakage of dishes or anything in the RV , UNTIL I drove those roads.
Also the only route I've ever been on , where signs warn that there can be waves high enough to wash your vehicle off the road.
Spectacular views if the weather is good ; BUT !
We traveled after Labor Day and a lot of the parks were already closed.

Did that route many times. Very flat most of the way. No steep climbs.

Very enjoyable trip. Many small towns on the way. Make sure you
you visit the small local restaurants. Food is super. Poutine for lunch is a must. People are super friendly. If you do not speak French. Speak very slow and clear. Did all of Quebec many times, do not speak French and have never had any problems.

You'll be fine. The roads were good (decent, NOT great) last summer. There is one detour at New Richmond if you go south on the 132 from Gaspe (I would recommend it as the return route). The whole area is stunning. Timing will be crucial though. DO NOT FORGET ALL construction workers in Quebec get the same 2 weeks off every year creating a jam at campgrounds during that time. I believe it is July 23 to August 5 this year. If you don't have anything booked during these times, it'll be interesting to say the least. We learned the hard way last summer, but just those 2 weeks. Rest of the time we found spots just about everywhere we went.
