Route 17 NJ to NY

Does anyone have any recent ride reports and road conditions for Route 17 from NJ to Binghamton NY? I traveled this 15 years ago with a travel trailer and the road was in bad shape. I would assume it has been resurfaced since then.

I have an update on Route 17 in NY. I am happy to report the road was in much better shape than my experiences 15 years ago. Route 17 is actually being converted to an Interstate and will be I-86. There is some construction to accommodate this, single lane sections between exit 98 and 94 going west. Looked like some of the same going east. Little to no traffic even on a holiday weekend. Mostly a smooth ride except for a few minor rough spots.
