We're taking a family trip out west and are wondering what routes you would recommend:

1) From Yosemite NP to Redwoods NP and

2) from Redwoods NP to Yellowstone NP

We are travelling in a 31' Class C with no toad. We will be traveling in late May.

Thanks

Instead of Redwoods National Park did you think about Muir Woods NM just north of San Francisco.
Yosemite take Route 120 to I-5 north to Redding than Route 299.
We were going to go to Redwoods National Park, but time caught up with us as we had to be somewhere else.
We are currertly heading to Yellowstone via I-80 to I-15 north from Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls to Route 20 to West Entrance into Yellowstone NP.

There are redwood stands between Santa Cruz and SF also. Best is on the coast south of Crescent City. Take I-5 to Redding and 299 to the coast. Lots of BIG trees starting around Garberville.
