The Az DOT has closed RT. 180 from milepost 236 (Kendrick Park) to 248 Cedar ranch Rd.) due to drifting snow until further notice. It is open to the Arizona snowbowl and Nordic ski area and all snow play areas up to Kendrick park.
Access to the Grand Canyon on Rt.64 from Williams is open at present but be sure to check 511 if anyone is planning to see the Grand Canyon in winter. If you havent seen it in the snow nows your chance, just be prepared for winter weather.

Huh! you get snow in AZ? I thought that was a warm part of the country.
Sheesh! must be global warming all we have around here (in the snow belt) is a about an inch on the ground. Go figure.
Good information post, wish I was close enough for a look

Cheers
Willey

Don't despair, last night tons of the white crap fell on us so maybe it's righting itself out again. It's still above freezing though.
Cheers
