Rt 66
Was wondering if it’s doable traveling from Kingman to Williams Arizona on rt 66 with a 38’ class A and toad
Any “must see” things?
TIA

We've done the route from California to Amarillo in a 38 foot class A pulling a toad. You will do fine.
What time of the year are you going?

Very easy to do! we stop at the Grand Canyon Caverns mile marker 115. Awesome cavern tour and they have a campground too. Keepers of the Wild is a must as well. The 3pm feeding tour is the best!

At Peach Springs, there is a road called Diamond Creek Road. It is the only, or one of the only roads that takes you to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. I think it is only recommended for high clearance vehicles, but I don't think they have to be anything other than an SUV. It is the road they use to pull all the rafts out that come down the Colorado River in the summer. We wanted to go, but our car was too low. It is on Indian land, so I think they charge a fee to go on it. Im not sure what it is like in the winter, but you could look into it. I think it goes down 3000 ft or so to the Colorado River. Oatman is kinda neat, with all the wild donkeys. It is one of the original towns on Route 66, and you go over the Sitgreaves Pass to get there from Kingman. It is only about a 50 minute drive, but take the toad. The switchbacks going over Sitgreaves Pass are pretty tight for a rv. Here is a youtube video of the diamond creek road, and one of Oatman.
Justin Scarred shows the road from Kingman to Oatman, as well as the pass, and the town of Oatman. Cheers

Here's Williams to Kingman. Just about every road you question can be found on You Tube!
Diamond Creek Rd. is the one that goes to the Colorado River. It probably costs about $15 or so. We rafted the canyon and this is where we exited. All I remember is that it was a bumpy ride. This isn't the main part of the canyon.
