Rt 84 in Florida

I posted a while back about ideas for Florida's Panhandle and we wound up choosing Topsail Hill Preserve. When we leave there (next February) we'll be heading to the Charleston SC area. I am looking at possible routes and noticed that 84 cuts through and puts us in the right area. It beats going back through the Jacksonville area as we would have been there in the beginning of this trip. There is a Georgia State Park near Waycross which could be a possible stop for a night or 2. We aren't in a hurry so we could make additional stops if needed. Has anyone driven this route? It looks pretty rural and I wondered about finding gas stations. We are towing a 30 ft travel trailer.

You must be talking about GA rte 84. FL 84 runs through the Fort Lauderdale area.

MRUSA14, you're right, it's in GA. My mistake.
