RV Parking at Galveston Cruise Ship Terminal

We want to book a cruise out of Galveston and want to take the motorhome.
We may pull the Jeep too. Where can we find a place to park the MH and maybe the Jeep too. I see some places say no oversize vehicles while others don't mention it and just want you to book online with only a recording by telephone.
Thanks in advance

While I've never cruised out of Galveston, keep searching. I've seen post on a search that suggest there is RV parking but to call ahead and reserve it.

If you ever go out of Charleston, SC, there is secure RV parking at the pier. We took our coach for our February cruise.

If you are much longer than 25 feet I would recommend parking at the cruise ship terminal. They will charge you double, but they have large paces for RVs and Buses.

We are 23 feet and parked at the Light House parking lot under cover! They charged me a bit more but it was worth it. There might be some other private parking that can accommodate you, but I know the terminal can and then you can just walk out to your coach when arriving home!

Whoa. I never thought of that. We are cruising out if Galveston in September. Taking the coach is a awesome idea. Please post if you find a private lot or if you decide to go with Terminal. Does anyone know of a RV park or campground near by you can easily cab over from and just pay a weekly rate? Appeal of a park is being able to keep coach plugged in. Can you set the AGS in terminal parking?

We stay at the Sandpiper when we want/need full hookups. It is right on the beach and maybe 3 miles from the terminal. When we don't need full hookups, we stay at Galveston Island SP with electricity and water.

We spent a couple of nights at the state park before our cruise and then parked the RV a few blocks from the terminal in a very secure lot. We were gone 5 nights so the coach was able to make it on dual batteries.

there are many other rv parks within about 30 miles, I am just not familiar with them.
