RV Trip Wizard & Mouse pointer issue

I am new to RV Trip Wizard. I used to Good Sam Trip Planner in the past but have moved on recently by his request. I am having a problem with my 'mouse arrow' showing up correctly in a portion of the software. When I move the mouse from the outside screen options to the actual map, the mouse arrow reduce in size to a very small dot which is very hard to see. I think it is a setting on the laptop but have not been able to identify the reason.

Can anybody provide some assistance in this area?

Try this:

1. Open control panel.
2. Click on Mouse and then click on pointers tab.
3. Uncheck the option “allow themes to change mouse pointers”.
4. Click on apply and then click ok.

Did not work

Sue46,

Thanks for the detailed response. I attempted to do these actions but my screens do not show that option so there was no way to try it.
