Seattle to Arizona via Hwy 93

So I've driven Hwy 93 through NV before in a truck, but this time I'm towing my truck behind my my Providence. Should I go Hwy 6 back to Hwy 93 or take Hwy 50 back to Hwy 93? Which is the flatter route or less hillier?

50 is going to be easier, but depending on where you're starting out, 6 might be a lot shorter. 6 is also in my opinion more scenic, but the road surface isnt as good.
