Shreveport to Kansas City

Considering using US 71 from Shreveport to Kansas City. Any comments on this route driving a 40' coach with toad? Any low bridges, winding road etc?

I have driven this route with my 40' and tow car, no problems. It's a nice divided hwy from Shreveport to Texarkana, then mostly two lanes to Fort Smith Ark, then divided hwy the rest of the way to Kansas City (except for a small distance in Bella Vista Ark). I think the worst part is from Waldron Ark to Fort Smith, kind of some sharp turns, but not too bad. I-540 to Fayetteville Ark has some hills to climb but again, not too bad.

There is some construction of bridges over US-71. This will bring it to Interstate standards. It will become I-49 by end of this year.
