The easiest way, with the least traffic, is to use Exit 305 (Route 206 East). Go to A1A, turn north. Stay on the main A1A to the park, which will be on your right, the ocean side (duh).

I guessed that you are talking about Anastasia State Park?

X 2. Coming from the north, most GPS will tell you to get off at the first exit for St Augustine. This takes you right through the downtown area and across the Bridge of Lions. Do as Sealevel says and stay on 95 to exit 305 which is a little ways south of Anastasia and then double back a little. I hope you have reservations, its one of the most popular state parks in Florida!
