We haven't been south of Chicot but North of there the road is good. Some 4 lane and sholders. The last time we were through there they were still working on the aproches and roadway that feed trafic to the "NEW" river bridge at Lake Village. You have to go through several small towns like Tiller and Dumas. There is a loop around McGehee which is nice. Once you get to Pine Bluff you pick up I 530 and then it's clear sailing to Little Rock.

They are fine... I live in Little Rock, used to live in Dumas..... talulah is the way to go. The new bridge us open at Lake Village but you have to go thru Greenville MS that way, and its a pain. Been both ways in the last two months. 39 footer and a tow.....
