Teton NP

We are planning a trip to Teton NP from Arizona mid September and will use hwy 93 for most for the trip. I am wondering if the fires will be a problem for the views and for getting campgrounds?

The fires are blocking views right now, many of the fires will still be burning in September, but if a cold snap and if snow falls it will snuff them out pretty quickly. That's what happened in the Yellowstone fires of 1988. It's still worth the trip, you'll see lots of things and can return for the scenery anytime!

You really can't tell day to day what the smoke will be like. It depends on the wind direction for the most part. We've been to the Tetons many times. We've been there with smoke obscuring the mountains and it's not a pleasant experience when you know what the area should look like in clear air.
