Toronto, Canada to Durango, Colorado

Any suggestions? Would like to get it done in 4 days (I know they'll be long) and avoid major cities/traffic.

Travelled that route when returning from AZ in the winter.

Cross at Sarnia, Lansing , Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Emporia, Dodge City, Lamar, La Junta.

The worst traffic is Indiapolis, avoids Chicago, Tolls on I44

Any suggestions on overnight stays? Happy to boondock but willing to pay for campsites.

As we leave in December the only campgrounds that are open are not very inviting.
We plan our legs Casino to Casino.
First night Casino Sarnia, ready for the bridge first thing in the morning.
The Hoosier race track Casino at Anderson Indiana.
Several Casinos around St Louis.
Downstream Casino in Joplin MO
Another. Casino at Dodge City

Use this site...http://www.casinocamper.com/

Some have really cheap campsites, some allow overnight prking in their lot.
Always have good security.
May have comp dollars for signing up, some offer discount on the meal if you sign up.

You can also plan your trip Flying J to Flying J.
Limited parking for RV fills up early.
Lots of Walmarts
