Thumbs up Toronto to Tucson

It will be mighty cold heading out at that time of the year. We live in Indianapolis and normally leave about 3rd week in Jan. Recommend you stay winterized until you get to warmer climate. We usually de-winterize in Tunica, Mississippi at the Hollywood casino campground. They have full hookup water, electric, sewer and cable for $20/ night. All concrete pads and a great ceramic tiled bathhouse with Laundromat. Three casinos in walking distance with good food and gaming if you enjoy it. Stay at the campground gives you access to their indoor pool and Jacuzzi.

Fuel up in Memphis at Costco or other before arriving in Tunica, then head south to I-20 then I-10 and straight across to Las Cruces, NM ( Old Messilla). It,s a cool old village town just south of I-10 in Las Cruces.
Also stop in Bensen, AZ and see the Kertchner Caverns at Kirtchner State Park. Great place just South of Tucson and North of Tombstone, AZ.
