At that time of year you never know. It could be great, it cold be cold, or it may even snow. The campground at Marion is open all year so you shouldn't have any problems getting services. If it gets cold at night just unhook your water and sewer hoses and put them away. Use your water pump and fresh water tank to run your faucets. When you need more water or need to dump just hook up the hoses, do the task, and put them away. They are south of you but not a whole lot so I'd expect marginally warmer temperatures than Chicago, but not seriously warmer. We'll be staying there one night this January as we pass through.
