Traveling to Cherokee, NC

He route has me going up 985 to us23 then on to 441 into Cherokee. Any suggestions how are the roads first time through the mountains in a 39 ft diesel pusher

I haven't done it with an RV yet, but those are my old stomping grounds up in those mountains and there are a few spots your going to have to be careful. Some pretty descent hair pin turns and some pretty steep graded hill's. You should be fine. There are plenty of posted warnings on those roads, and they are all in good condition.

Should not be a problem, big hill between Franklin and Dillsboro but really good road all the way.

Coming up from I 85 trying to avoid going around and coming in off of I-40, my gps brings me in that way
