I have an old road atlas from '99 that we bought at Walmart with all their stores and locations listed in the front. I don't know if they still provide this, but it is handy.

Departure about a month away. Two big questions:

1) highly recommended mail service. Currently we have joined IRV2, Escapees, FMCA, and Good Sam. For roadside assistance looks like the consensus is Coach.net so we'll sign up there too. When we full timed before in the 90s we used a service based in Florida because of the tax advantage, but that was then. Now it really looks like we probably will ultimately settle back in Texas and is doubtful we'll return to Oregon. My step mom lives in Dallas, but it seems like it'd be a big hassle for her for us to send it there. I also have a couple friends in Austin who are recently retired, but again a hassle. Of course, we could pay them them what a mail service would charge.

2) internet access. I 'm betting a search on this one would bring up lots of comments and I will so that search. Seems like there's 2 issues. Wifi service in RV parks and lack of capacity and range. And internet access on the road. Do those Verizon hotspots work .?

Ms
