Good Evening,
I would appreciate recommendations that would allow a Class A to travel safely from Tulsa OK to Victoria Tx without having to travel through Dallas/Fort Worth.
Thanks in advance,
Dodger

How about routing via Sherman, Tyler?

Head over to Abilene. Spend a few nights and explore Palo Duro Canyon. Take in the outdoor stage play, "Texas." Take US-83 South or any US highway South. Texas roads are pretty good, if I say so myself. Might be a bump here or there, but you'll get there and see some scenery, albeit all brown.

Edited: Oops! Got my "A"'s mixed up, but fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, DW corrected me. Amarillo is the closer to Palo Duro. Any of the US Highways heading South would be my ride if they avoided DFW area. Sherman/Tyler route around would be okay also.
