U.S.-58 in VA

Has anyone driven the western portion of US58 in VA in a MH? Let's say from the I-77 area westward into Tennessee.

Looks like it might be an interesting route to take as we travel toward Kentucky. All advice appreciated.

Thanks!

It is very curvy with hair-pin curves and steep grades.

Thanks, padre. Maybe not the best choice for 40 ft + towed.

I wouldn't do it. No fun in a car. Going to Galax from Tennessee my GPS routes me up to Marion on I-81 then 16 down to 58. I ignored it once since 58 looked more direct and regretted it.

That is a lovely part of Virginia though. It is the far western part of US 58 that is problematic.

Yes, jp, that's why I asked. I've driven a lot of the lower tier of VA, including all of US58 from the coast to around Danville. at one time or another. I figured it might be a grand ride, but the line on the map did appear a mite squiggly! Thanks for the help!
