US 84 N/B to Las Vegas,NM

Hi Fellow Travelers...I'm looking for a route to Las Vegas,NM from Santa Rosa,NM. I found US 84. Has anyone out there been that way. Is the road okay for a class A. How about any steep grades. I hate hills. Thx. lenOrge

Driven that route a few times in my life... with an "A" and car. I love that road.
You should have no problems. Of course, it's a beautiful drive. We use it on our way to El Paso. We cross I 40 straight and drive through Pastura down to El Paso.

Hello LenOrge, as I said I love that drive on that road.....
Not too many of our members drive it, I guess. I love those smaller roads in the West.... always something to see and when you stop, you meet friendly folks and interesting towns.
