We're thinking about traveling down US95 from Coeur D'Alene to Boise. Has anyone taken their RV on US95 from Grangeville to Council? Is this doable with a 40 motorhome towing a trailer - 64' overall length? This section isn't showing as a truck route.

All of 95 is good for a big rig. We've done it often. We never used the trucker's atlas because RVs can go many places that semi trucks can't because of local ordinances.

Thanks twogypies - my lifelong friend that spent his adult years as a long haul trucker also confirmed that this route is okay for us. We have a 40' motorhome and a 20' car carrier trailer - 64 feet overhaul.
