Drove it within the last few weeks gong from Torrey to Monument Valley.
UT24 east out of Torrey has a few grades (mostly between Torrey and Capital Reef park, which you will drive going to the park anyway, so you'll know what it is beforehand), then curvy, and a bit slow in an RV from the Park Entrance until you get out onto the plains heading into Hanksville.
UT 95 south out of Hanksville starts out as a flat straight drive across the plain until you get close the Colorado River / Glen Canyon area, then you start dropping down to the river. At first, it will be mild grades, curvy, and you'll feel like you are right back in Capital Reef NP. Right before the river, you get a big down grade with some cures, then a long mildly steep generally straight upgrade out of the river basin. Curves, but generally flat for a while, then as you get closer to Blanding you get some more serious grades and curves, including one big downgrade and uphill.
In short, UT24 / UT95 from Torrey to Blanding is a reasonable drive in a larger RV with a few grades and curves thrown in that will require your full attention. And if you've driven UT12 between Bryce and Torrey, 24/95 to Blanding is a piece of cake in comparison.
But don't even think about using UT261 as a shortcut off UT95. The Moki Dugway is in the middle of UT261; 3 miles of dirt / gravel with a constant 10% grade - drove it in the Jeep. Don't even think about it in your RV (and there are plenty of warnings approaching it). No way.......... Picture below, doesn't do it justice.
